The Annual Unshackler Awards: 2022 Australian Regressive Of The Year Award
It’s that time again where we look back and remember the year that was. The annual Unshackler Awards is a series of 10 Awards to be released over the next coming weeks to remember the good and the bad as we break the chains of control. Now it’s our time to publicly shame the worst 10 offenders as nominated by The Unshackled team. Then you the public get to reduce it down to just one: The “2022 Australian Regressive of the Year Award” which will be announced on Australia Day.
And The Nominees Are:

Daniel Andrews is the current Premier of the Communist State of Victoria. When he isn’t fighting for far-left SJW causes, he is restricting peoples freedoms with ridiculous lockdowns, and conducted many human rights violations that are only se

Battleground Melbourne Review
On the Opening Night of the 2022 Melbourne Underground Film Festival, I viewed for the first time Topher Field’s first full feature documentary Battleground Melbourne. I had deferred watching until now as having lived through Melbourne’s brutal police state 6 lockdowns which lasted 262 total in 2020-21. I wasn’t sure I was ready to relive the trauma that the Dan Andrews Government had inflicted on me and others.
After viewing it, my immediate reaction was how insane the Melbourne lockdowns were and what extreme and violent lengths Victoria Police went to in enforcing Dan Andrews lockdowns. This crushing of freedom and human rights was done in an attempt to achieve the foolish goal of Covid zero. A goal now even the Chinese Communist Party has given up on.

Western Governments’ DoubleThink Rampage About China Covid Protests
Chinese cities are amazingly under lockdown again, wow, just wow, and its citizens are protesting which is what would be expected given they are thrown into covid camps if they test positive and trapped inside their apartment towers if anyone inside tests positive inside.
Yet strangely western governments are criticizing China for trying to shut down these protests. These are the same governments that did brutal things to the covid freedom protesters. Western governments did the exact same thing earlier this year and during the massive covid protests last year, in fact, they did worse. Australian covid protesters got zapped by police crowd control electronic weaponry that left people with weird sunburns and headaches during the Canberra protests in February.
How dare they have the nerve to criticise China for not allowing peaceful protests, this is the po

TNE 81 Zero Change
Change did not occur in Victoria with voters re-electing Dan Andrews’ Labor Government. Open rebellion is occurring in China against the CCP’s Covid Zero policy. Trump and Ye had an interesting dinner at Mar-a-Lago. I bring you the wash-up from a sobering weekend on Tim’s News Explosion.

The Greens have previously been correctly labeled the watermelon party: Green on the outside but Red (communist) on the inside. Now they are simply the never-ending grievance party. The quality of their elected representatives is now so poor that it was not surprising that they barely improved their vote and representation at the 2022 Victorian state election. Sarah Hanson Young’s once considered the most extreme Green now appears as one of the more measured Greens by comparison to the recent conduct, statements, and transgressions of her fellow Greens Senators Mehreen Faruqi and Lidia Thorpe. Mehreen Faruqi became a Greens Senator for NSW in 2018. Faurqi was born in Pakistan, and is a Muslim but does not wear a hijab. She is the mother of journalist Osman Faruqi. She was a membe

Election Decision D-Day for Victorians is almost here. Saturday 26 November is the official Victorian Election Day though many Victorians have already cast their vote at prepoll centers which opened on Monday 14 November. In the back of Victorians’ memory and Melbournians in particular is the 262 days of lockdown ordered by Dan Andrews in 2020-21. I lived through all those days of lockdown in Melbourne and it was truly a horrific scaring experience. Dan Andrews was a dictator during those lockdowns controlling every aspect of our daily lives. His menacing lecturing and hectoring daily press conferences determined what we were and weren’t allowed to do. Victoria’s lockdown number 6 ended over a year ago. 2022 saw Dan Andrews slowly remove most remaining restrictions. In this election campaign, the pandemic is officially over as Dan Andrews did not renew the

The Tragic Killing of Cassius Turvey Despicably Racialized
Cassius Turvey, a 15-year-old boy, was tragically killed on the 13th of October on his way home from school in Middle Swan, Perth WA in what was potentially a case of mistaken identity. Although, this is just speculation at this stage. The alleged perpetrator a 21-year-old man has been arrested and small details have been revealed as to what unfolded prior to and leading up to Cassius tragically being killed. Nothing regarding motive, however, has been directly identified by the Police at this stage.
Cassius leaves behind a mother, Mechelle Turvey, completely devasted at the loss of her son and a community deeply hurt by the loss of a young, friendly, and well-liked boy. Vigils attended by thousands have been held across Australia and even as far as Los Angeles and New Zealand. And it’s been fantastic to see a family provided with national and global support in what is arguably the worst possible
